Some small progress on the Cefiro this weekend, seat frame got finished and painted, and the oil cooler lines got tightened and tested for leaks.
cheap oil cooler fit relatively well, routing excessively long lines was a bit of a pain, bit they coiled in the engine bay nicely. Then ran out the gap past the radiator. Couple of brackets to hold the cooler in place, an a coulple more for the oil filter, then some rubber hose for a few spots that run close to vital engine bay bits.
seat rail also got finished off. bent and welded and braced, out of 3mm thick strap. It actually turned out fairly ridged which was surprising.
Seating position is fairly good. central to the wheel and pedals, plenty of support under the knees and easy clutch operation.
in all, it work out well.
